How long does a project take?
Launchpad ships in 1–2 weeks, Business in 3–4, and Studio Custom in 6–10. We share weekly progress so there are no surprises.
What's your payment schedule?
50% upfront to kick off, 50% on launch for one-time projects. Care plans are billed monthly in advance. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and Stripe.
Do you offer GST invoices?
Yes — we're GST-registered in India and issue proper tax invoices for all engagements.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Any time, with 30 days' notice. No long-term contract.
Who owns the design and code?
You do, on final payment. We keep the right to feature the work in our portfolio. We never use templates or stock layouts you'd see elsewhere.
Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes — about 30% of our work is for clients outside India. Pricing in USD is available on request, and we work async across time zones.
